Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, we had this after a day at Hallertauer Bierfestival weekend, Attenkirchen Saturday 25th June 2022 in the company of Jonas and Ursula listening to This Mortal Coil. Pours hazy mid amber with a white head. There's is a hoppiness on the nose, barley sugar (Loz), thick slightly syrupy mouthfeel, hugely hoppy

0.33 l bottle at Ambasada. Zagreb, shared with Pliš and Krteček. Hazy dark golden, small off-white head. Light malt, caramel, wood, spice, ripe fruit, dried fruit, old hops, expected oxidation signs such as cardboard. Nice sweet malty and bitter balance, some tartness, no heavier sour character. Tobacco and other herbs and spice. Alcoholic, strong, soft texture and carbonation, medium body, light finish. It is an oxidized hoppy beer and that's good, but this one just doesn't hit it.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, orange, dark golden to amber colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Grassy, citrusy and resinous, hoppy aroma, slightly sugary, pale and caramel malty background, notes of orange peel, candied orange peel, whiffs of lemon. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally sugary, pale and caramel malty, very bitter, citrusy and resinous hoppy, notes of orange peel, candied orange peel, a mineral touch. Creamy texture, smooth, soft and silky, minimally pungent palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation. Well hopped, excellent mouthfeel - very good.

Gourmet-Flasche: Orangey coloured, hazy to cloudy, small and stable, distinctive sweet-bitter orangey aroma of dried fruits and noble fruity hops; solid bitter-sweet flavour, quite full bodied; lingering solid fruity hoppy-bitted finish. A goody...

0.33 l bottle from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before October 2023. Slightly hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently fruity, a bit vinous aroma of caramel, strawberry jam, orange peel and light tobacco. Quite sweet, malty, gently fruity taste of caramel, strawberry jam, orange peel, pine, some tobacco and a touch of wood, followed by a short, gently bitter, moderately woody and a bit vinous finish. Medium to full body, smooth and and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Impressive ale, fairly malty but also nicely woody-fruity, surely moreish. Good!
