Poured from the tap. Murky medium brown with small white head. Plummy and a hint of toasted malt. Okay.

Can at Black Christmas March 2022
Dark and muddy amber colour. Sour, slightly fruity, a bit muddy in the flavours. Decent.

On tap at Container, pours an opaque, filthy dark reddish brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out a bunch of bugs, lacto, and dark dried fruits. Flavour is mostly a function of the mixed culture, but largely lacto — there's a pronounced yogurty character. Then there's sour dark red fruits that come in, but the yogurt character is all-dominating. Not a fan — a lacto bomb.

Swampy dark brown body and no foam. Smells of not a bad tart plum, though a little wet. Taste is okay tart plum, sweet fruitiness, thin with okay carbonation. Boring and pretty middling.

473ml can. Pours a cloudy red-purple with a thin, fizzy, short lived, beige head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of dark malt, prune and sour plum. Sweet fruity flavour of dark malt, black currant, plum, cherry and prune in a dry, sour finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty solid.
