The combination of tart and sweet combine beautifully in our new limited edition cider. The nose is of fragrant candied blood orange with a slight apple twist. Tart cranberries shine on the palette, making the cider dry and refreshing.

Can from the lcbo. Clear pour, with the slightest hint of pink, with a medium white head. Apple skins, slightest bit of citrus sweetness, and some light, but still tart cranberry. Mouth feel is light, but the carb is lively. Dry finish, big apple skin/flesh notes, sulphites, tart cran end.

473ml can from Copper & Oak. Pours a hazy reddish orange colour, with a short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of candied blood orange, floral, apple, fruity. Taste is sweet and tart, blood orange flavour, with citrus zest, apple, fruity berries, and some acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, lingering sweet and drying tart finish. Quite drinkable.

473ml can. (As Blood Orange & Cranberry Cider). Pours a hazy orange-pink with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet fruity aroma of red apple skins and faint orange. Sweet fruity flavour of apple skin, apple juice and blood orange in a crisp, dry, tart cranberry finish. Light body with a sticky, watery texture and lively carbonation. Refreshing and easy to crush.
