Can from my advent calendar. Hazy yellow pour, with a small white head. Lactic sour nose, lemon zest and some yeast. Light mouth feel, low carb. Lightly tart finish, a bit funky, some wet hay, light citrus.

Canned November 7th 2022?

It pours a mostly clear orange gold with a tiny head of foam, very little lacing.

It smells of lemon zest, somewhat acetic, basically, that's all I get other than some light funk. Need more of that.

The taste is is lemon zest, quite acetic, sour notes are vibrant and pleasant. Funk is there but I wanted more.

Light bodied.

Pretty simple to my palate but it works.

12 oz. can from the Advent calendar. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is lemon zest, light leather, sorghum, and a little vanilla. Sweet and fairly tart. Light and dusty. Simple.

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Aroma of funky yeast, grainy pale malt and lemon. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, funky yeast, green apple, lemon and vinegar in a dry, sour lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Easy to drink. Pretty standard Sour.

Pale with a little fuzzy head. Sour acid aroma. Taste is moderately sour with a sweet and tart finish. Some lemon flavor. Nice balance

Keg at the brewery. Hazy pale yellow, medium fizzy white head. Good retention. Aroma of lemony funk, pepper, pale malt. Taste is lemon, cider apples, pepper, funk. Low medium bodied lingering tartness. Solid.
