Together with Southern Grist Brewing out of Nashville we brewed a massive and flavourful stout using not one, not two, but SIX of our favourite decadent ingredients; Banana, Pistachio, Chocolate, Vanilla, Cardamom, and Lactose. Why drink a beer with some of the things, when you can have ALL the Things? Enjoy!

473ml can. Pours an opaque dark brown, almost black with floaties and a small, creamy, short lived, tan head that laces. Sweet aroma of cardamom, vanilla, cola, banana cream, milk chocolate, nuts and lightly roasted malt. Sweet flavour of roasted malt, lactose, cardamom, cinnamon, banana bread, vanilla, milk chocolate, cola, licorice, bitter coffee and faint nuts in a dry, warming booze finish. Medium body with a thick, creamy, sticky, oily texture and soft carbonation. Very enjoyable. A great dessert beer.

Roast and plenty of milk that has a hint of a sour vibe, but really just a touch. Might be from the banana, which addition I can't say I love. Pistachio nice. Dark chocolate and mocha. Black muddy pour like boots full of swamp water with good mocha head. Bittersweet finish with some caramel and aforementioned not of tang. Really pretty good, and would have been better if not for banana. Can.
