On tap at Open Baladin - Rome, pours a clear yellow with a small white head. Nose almost has diacetyl notes, along with apple juice concentrate. Flavour isn’t much better, tasting like a regular sweet apple juice. Finishes lightly carbonated, with little complexity. Pretty poor.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear pale golden, no head. Bright, concentrated apple aroma. Mildly tart with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated tart spples. Distinct apple skin bitterness.

Sampler set at Open Baladin, Rome. Clear pale yellow beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, apple, some old building. Taste sweet, apples, apple juice. Not bad

Bottle (from Alko Web). Pale yellow colour, minor head. Aroma is apples, some mild grapes and a bit wooden and white wine like tones. Flavour is apples, some grapes, mild wooden tones and some mild white wine like tones to it as well.

330ml bottle at Olivia Ramsalt in Bodø. Crystal clear golden-yellow body, missing head, no lacing. Moderate smell of apple and apple skins. Clean taste of apples with citric notes. Sweet and slightly tart on the swallow. Paired well my pizza. (Bodø, 24.06.2024).
Eher süss und leicht, aber sehr lecker
Well balanced, not too sweet, not too bubbly, not too flat.

330ml bottle @ Baladin, Camden. Pale greenish gold appearance, sparkling. Sweet apple nose. Fairly sweet character, seemingly back-sweetened but nicely fruity if a little syrupy at times.

Lys gul klar med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter røde epler og noe bark. Middels fylde. Fruktig. Smaker epler og honning. Tørr. Kort.

Lys gul klar med minimalt hvitt skum. Lukter epler, honningmelon og noe gjær. Lett. Fruktig. Røde epler, gress og noe stikkelsbær.
