Klar eplejuice farget. Lukter grønne epler. Godt med bobler. Epler og litt sitrus i smak.

Al naso arrivano indizi di mela. La finezza olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La parte liquida appare trasparente. Il colore è giallo paglierino. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è poco presente e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sulla lingua si riportano sentori di pane, cracker, mela e agrumi.

330 ml clear bottle, from Gulating ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Clear and extremely pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, apple peel and kernels, a hint of sulphites. Medium sweet flavour of yellow apples, again a hint of sulphites. Nice enough.

Draught in Bologna: pours clear light gold with white head. Aroma is light honey, apples, flowers. Taste is honey sweetness with floral notes. Very refreshing.

330 ml bottle. Champagne colored, disappearing head. Sweet apples, some honey, elderflower, dry white wine. Mild acidic sourness, fruity sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, fizzy carbonated, dry sweet finish. A rather mild to sweet Cider which is quite decent.

Botle from Gulating. Almost clear very pale straw yellow body under a thin lacing white head. Aroma is a bit surprising, it’s apple but a bit different than I’m familiar with. Like other apple products, apple candy, apple pai, apple marmalade etc. not re-ally sure where to put it. Not artificial but a bit spicy and perfumed somehow. The same elements goes also into the flavor. Mild apple, hint of acidity but mostly sweet, hint of sulphite and then I think I nailed it - canned pear! Medium body and same aftertaste. Drinkable and tasty but not a favorite by me.

Draft glass @ Open Baladin. Golden & very pale, sparkling, soapy head. Nose is dry with rustic cider apples and white wine. Taste is sweetish dusty juicy cider apple, low mineral, huge white grape, crazy drinkable, juicy, very good.

Bouteille 250ml. Couleur jaune paille voilée, mousse blanche fugace. Arôme de pomme légèrement confite, pomme acide, fermier, pointe de miel. Goût de pomme, pelure de pomme, fermier, légère acidité. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Bottle from Hankyu Osasis. Rich apple nose, light caramel and honey. Deep golden orange to amber, with lace. Sweetish, some oxidation, caramel, nice sour edge, good enough tannin. Slightly heavy body but tasty enough.
