Bottle. Yellow colour. Powerfull nice apple aroma. Moderate apple flavor. Medium dry and light swet. Average finish. Oily palate. Not so many barnyard notes bur nice.

Cloudy golden with a medium off white head. Sweet aroma with apples and yeast. Flavour had sweet apples and yeasty notes. Fairly dry finish.

Bottle 750ml. [ Vintage 2008 ]. Alc. 4.1%. Clear medium yellow - orange color with a large, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate apple, pear, overripped pear, butter, vanilla notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light light acidic with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100604]

Bottle 75 cl. RBESG Rome 2010. Courtesy of ChristianScheffel. Clear golden with an off-white head. Authentic and good apple aroma - even if a little sweet though. Medium body, good apple base and a little vanilla. The sweetness prevails but there’s a light and balancing tartness. 040610

Bottle @ Bir und Fud Beershop, Rome. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy white head. Nose is a bit weird. Yeast, baking powder and fruit. Taste is bubbly and lots of fresh green apples. Crisp and very dry.

Bottled. A hazy light golden cider with a thin head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, apples, plums, and rhum - cloying. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, lemon, and wood, leading to a lightly tart finish. Thanks Sheffel for sharing.

Small white head, gold-yellow cider. Beautiful apple smell, sweet-ish, and lemonbalm. Sweet, very old apples, tart finish. Very refreshing, despite the sweetness. Titillating, apple aftertaste. Very good, if not great cider; better than standard Normandy ciders.
