(Keg at Skúli, 20220912) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had vanilla, burnt malts, vineous notes and sweetness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, wood, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste was woody, boozy, burnt and bitter. A decent burnt brew with woody notes.

440mL can at Session Craft Bar, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is intense, with lots of deep roasted malt, bourbon and vanilla. Flavour is deep, with lots of roasted malt, heaps of bourbon barrels, lots of vanilla, and a lot of cocoa. Rich and decadent, with medium-high sweetness. Tasty but a bit to brutal.

Tap@MBCC 2021, Copenhagen - black with a beige head. Roasted and sweet malty, chocolate, caramel, full body, bourbon and vanilla induced malty lingering close. Lovely.

ABV: 11.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, burnt, burnt rubber, vanilla, chocolate - cocoa - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, burnt rubber, burnt, vanilla, roasted, chocolate - cocoa - bourbon. IMO: did get this burnt rubber both in aroma and flavor, that I can not see me past ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211022]
