Clear warm golden colour, dissipating white head. Sweet malty aroma. Sweet malty flavour. Low carbonation. Sweet finish, light banana.

As Doppel)hirsch Heller Bock ( same ABV ) Pours darker blonde, clear. Small white head fades fast. Smell is thick, bready, caramel, bit sweet. Medium intensity. Taste is full, malty ( white bread) . A nice amount of yeast-based fruityness. medium-high carbonation. Thick, bit sweet and thus a kinda sticky mouthfeel.

Many thanks for this swinge top beer bottle to kevnic2008. Piwo jest dość ciemne jak na Heller bock, tzn bursztynowe i jakby lekko mgliste choć osadu nie zauwazylem. spora i kremowa piana dość trwala. Smaczne treściwe slodowo piwniczne piwo, sprawialo naprawdę dobre wrazenie dobrego kellerbier. Mile zaskakujące wrazenia. dobre piwo z Allgau.

Swing-top bottle as "Doppel-Hirsch Heller Bock" (from SIP, Tallinn). Pours dark golden with white head. The small head stays for some moments. Aroma is very sweet, malt, potatoes, caramel. Flavor follows the nose. Finish is candy sweetness, somewhat watery with noticeable alcohol. Carbonation is rather hugh. Overall: it’s drinkable-ish.

Dorada mínimamente velada y con un par de dedos de espuma. Aroma malteado y fruto seco. Muy ligera en boca al principio, suave, muy suave. Y dulce, bastante dulce. Evoluciona a un final mucho más áspero, amargo. Almendra y cereal. Y alcohol presente. Bastante. Curiosa.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, grass, straw, grain, cereal. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, grass, sugary, grain, straw. Nice food beer. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
