This beer has a naturally opalescent color with a very white, dense head, and coriander and orange peel lend it a slight but unobtrusive spiced nose; although soft and smooth on the palate, with a touch of citrus and black pepper, this light and well-balanced white beer is very fresh.

Draft sample @ Fiera della Birra, Cesena ’14. Blanche dorée tirant vers un verdâtre citronné, col blanc. Arôme offre un rétro fruité citronné dominant avec un rétro-nasal de moût. Pointe d’écorce orangée. Palais reste fruité très présent surtout en note de citron ponctué par une pointe de coriandre. Fin râpeuse tirant sur un citronné vert fort présent et qui couvre un peu trop le palais. Fin offre un léger picotement résiduel. Ok sans être exceptionnelle. Retrouve les grandes lignes d’une blanche classique.
