Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is peachy with nectarine, some funk, fruits. More ripe peach. Flavour is mildly sour with a hint of sweetness. Medium body. Quite elegant.

Bottle at Il Santo Bevitore, Venice, 10th November 24. Pours an off clear golden ale. Aroma is tart skin of fruits, mellow, nectarine and light brett. Taste is mellow, sweet and sour, nectarines, light Brett and light aromatic.

Tap at ASF 2024, in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Pours golden, medium transparent, with limited fine white foam. Aroma is intensely funky, herbal too. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-high sour. Final is average. Didn't feel the peach.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 28 July 2022) Golden amber colour with brief head. Fruity nose with notes of yeast, mandarin, orange, peaches and barnyard. Fruity, slightly funky taste with mandarin, orange peel, peaches, yeast, hay and a funky finish with a mild acidity. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Really interesting. Funky and yeasty, but overly sour. Rich in fruit. Highly drinkable. Great beer!

Bottle at Ranzani 13: pours orangish gold with white head. Aroma is peach and light basement funk. Taste is sour without being too acidic. Nice peachy notes plus mellow funk. Good.

Golden, clear, almost white foam. Aroma: wildly, bretts, white wine, a little bit of currant leaves, strange, interesting. Sour taste, white wine, currant leaves, a little wild, not bad.

Bottle shared with my family when exchanging Christmas presents. Pours a somewhat hazy yellow with small head. Aroma is acidic, fruity, intense peach, funk, Saison yeast, wood. Medium body. Flavour is sour but also with a good sweetness that balances out very well. Funky, saisony, with interesting yeast and Brett character. Strong peach. Lovely and amazing sour beer.
