Ein hefetrübes Weizenbier, wie die Franken es gern trinken. Die hauseigene „Sapienza Meisterhefe“ sowie Weizenmalze aus der Weizensorte „Bagou“ und helle Gerstenmalze geben diesem Bier seinen hefearomatischen Charakter: im Antrunk prickelnd zitronig, mit einer vollmundigen Bananen- und Kiwinote, lang anhaltend frisch und spritzig im Abgang.

Bottle bought at Systembolaget. Hazy yellow with a large white head. Sweet with banana, clove, bread and notes of apples. Drinkable but far from the best Hefeweizen that I have tried.

Ljust gul och lätt grumlad vätska med tjockt vitt skumlock. Lätt brödig och lite gräsig doft med en skjuts kryddnejlikor och skumbanan. En något oren inledande smak. Liten maltkropp med fyllig munkänsla. Lätt syrlig avslutning. Välgjord bayersk veteöl.

16oz can. Not sure what separates a Helles Hefeweizen from a Krystalweizen. Either way, this is quite a nice beer. Banana, clove, lemon, easy smooth malt tones. Transparent, so more of a Weizen or Krystalweizen than a thick, yeasty Hefeweizen. Great balance with a little bite, something most US examples lack. World Class.

0.5 can. Tökéletes bajor búza kinézet. Opálos, szép ananászlé szín, kicsit narancsba hajló. Hab fehér, közepesen tartós. Kenyeres élesztős illat, pici banánnal, halvány naranccsal. Finom illata van. Banános narancsos finom testes íz. Nem találok benne hibát ízre. Nagyon jó utóíze van, tápláló finom bajor búza. Ajánlom!!!!

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish straw gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Lovely banana cream pie nose with light citrus zest, clove and more banana notes. Crisp and clean with a dried banana chip flavor on the palate. Spritzy carbonation that cleanses the palate and leaves some lingering banana mikan zest. My kind of hefeweizen.

Pours cloudy pale golden color with white head. Aromas of wheat and citrus with some spices. Similar flavors. Medium body with average carbonation.
