Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è non invasivo e c'è anche una componente leggermente acidula. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, erba, agrumi e banana.

Tap at the Lambrate Brewpub, Milan, 26th March 24. Pours a slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is yeast, banana and cloves. Taste is yeasty, banana and spice, with aromatic citrus, sweet and slightly chewy. Not bad

Bottle at Pizzabakkers. Slight hazy dark golden with small white head. Sweet wheat, malts, light banana yeast, doughy, a touch of lemon peel, light spicy yeast. Medium sweet, light bitter and very light sour. Medium bodied. Decent.

Pours somewhat hazy sunny oraneg colour, topped with a sizeable and creamy white head, ok lasting. Ripe banana nose, slight sweat and some spicy presence. Medium bitterness, some very faint hints of sweetness, gently spicy finish with lingering ehrbal feel. Lighter body. Not bad, but not my type of a weizen.

Pours cloudy blonde.good, dense white head. Smell is esthers (banana) and creamy. Taste is very creamy, easy drinkin. Esther forward, wheat is very prominent. Very well brewed weisse.

Bottle, 330 ml, courtesy of Kreso, shared with him and others. Pours hazy golden with medium white head. Wheat, fruity, banana, spicy, sweet, yeasty. Somewhat watery. Medium bodied.

Keg at the brewpub, bloody half litre. A translucent milky yellow coloured pour with a huge sticky white head. Aroma is decent fresh doughy wheat, spicy clove and banana phenols. Decent clean nose. Flavour is composed of mineral, thin banana bread, stale grains, wheat. Palate is grainy, chalky slightly thin, moderate carbonation. Passable.
