You probably already heard about this one! The Brussel's share was made from a collaboration with the Jameson distillery in Ireland. We went there to visit the place, share know-how and get inspiration. When we came back, we knew that this beer would be barrel aged, but in an innovative way. Imperial stouts are perfect for barrels, but we wanted to do something else! We chose for a soft, sour beer with spelt and apricot. The golden colour reveals some interesting fruity notes that remind us hot apricot pie. Although, you'll be able to distinguish some soft cocoa and vanilla notes coming from the cask. The mouthfeel is dry, slightly sour bu rather smooth with a bunch of fruity flavours and nutty hints with maybe a subtile butterscotch finish.
