12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Moderate gusher upon opening. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice dense foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, pear, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, light pepper, pine, cracker, white bread, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/piney/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, pear, mango, melon, lemon zest, orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, cracker, white bread, biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Moderate pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, pineapple, peach, pear, mango, melon, lemon/orange peel, citrus rind, pepper, pine, cracker, white bread, biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/piney/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness and carbonation. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 7.3%. Overall this is a delicious IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/piney/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink; with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Never overly aggressive. Really great classic citrus/fruity/earthy C hop showcase; solid pale malt backbone, with no residual sweetness. A very enjoyable offering.

355 ml bottle from Mikkeller Beer Club.
Golden, medium hazy body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
A bit light aroma of pine, flowers, citrus, lemon candy, minty herbs, subtle sweet fruits.
Tastes pretty similar.
Medium, a but oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes dry, bitter, piney, herbal, minty, citric, fruity, subtly sweet.

Really nice. Quite light bodied, but really hoppy, bitter and dry, with interesting piney and herbal notes. Somehow an IPA with a slight Pilsener approach, because of the crisp and dry character. I really like this, very characterful and a bit underrated in my opinion.
