Bottle, thanks Eddan. Dark golden with no head. Sweet with dried fruit, wood, brandy and some malt. Almost no carbonation and with a long finish. Sweet but a pleasant one to sip.

Sample, BOTTLE 50CL. Vintage 2014. Hazy amber, no head. Sweet dried fruit like white cherries, strong oxidation notes, cheesy barrel, almost no alcohol. The taste is really dry, with only hints of residual malts, green fruit nuttiness, a hint of toasted something, mild phenolic. Rich but easy drinking body, grape wine like. Very nice, not sure it is supposed to be sourish.
