Bottle at Hopaholic, Budapest. Poured a murky medium dark amber colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, resin, toffee, light floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter light sweet with a crisp, light malt, resin, metallic, light citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation.

0,33 bottle from Auchan. Mély vörösesbarna szín, tökéletesen borostyánsárga, nagyon nagy, tartós, szép, piszkosfehér hab. Zöldfüves, fenyős, lime-os friss illat. Ízre karakteresen keserű, gyantás, csak icipicit citrusos íz. Nagyon jól szénsavazott, az alkohol szépen elrejtve. Picit az APA-kra jellemző citrusosság, amerikai komlósság hiányzott, inkább igazán "füves" gyantás komló íz jött át, de finom kivitelben. Markáns, de könnyű IPA, érdemes kipóbálni.

Deep reddish brown color, perfectly amber, very large, durable, beautiful, off-white head. Fresh aroma of green grass, pine, lime. The taste is characteristically bitter, resinous, with only a tiny citrus taste. It is very well carbonated, the alcohol is nicely hidden. There was a bit of the citrus and American hops typical of APAs, more of a really "grassy" resinous hop flavor came through, but in a fine finish. Strong but light IPA, worth a try.

Bottle kindly delivered by colleague Pál, thanks pal! Hungarian brewery no.9 Pours hazy amber with somewhat citrus aroma. Taste is medium bitter. Citruses, some caramel, high carbonation... Fine but..

Die Hoptop-Brauerei aus Budapest dürfte ein neuer großer Player der ungarischen Craftbier-Szene sein. Die Biere haben schon allerlei Preise gewonnen und das Faktum, dass ich 2 Flaschen bei einer Tankstelle im Kühlregal fand, zeigt, dass auch der Vertrieb gut geht. Bottle from E-Drinks @ home. Dark, murky amber colour with a large, chunky offwhite head. Smells hops, soapy, slightly plastic, slightly undress, some herbs. I don't want to be harsh, but it just tastes like a bad ipa. It's a bit doughy, has some vegetable stock in it, slightly soapy. Not a great ipa. Not the worst I've had though. Medium body, nice carbo.

Bottle @ home. Hazy dark orange to amber color, medium to full sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a while and leaves good lacing. Smell and taste lightly malts, nicely hoppy, fruit hops, fruity hop bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Quite like this one. Nice fruity hoppy and fruity bitter beer.

Pours darker amber, unclear, not much head. Smell is plastic , dry, stale hops. Taste is bit bitter, cheesy, unfresh maltyness. Very stale and not at all what I like in an IPA
