cloudy yellow, small white head that is not lasting
very nice spanish cider aroma, leather, citrussy apple notes, apple juice. balanced. this is vintage 2025 tasted june 2026. fresh with a good sour bite.
flavor is tart apple, leather, bit watery feel to it, apple juice. it's a bit like a very tart cider was mixed up with sweeter apple juice. or two ciders of varying sourness were mixed. rustic but clean at the same time. Decent cider.

# 4964; 5/2026. Milk and apple aroma. Murky yellow body, no head. Apple, sour, tart, milky, light zesty. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very good Basque cider. 0,7 l, green bottle, local shop, Bilbao, Basque Country, Spain.

On tap at Taberena Saizar. Pours a hazy earthy gold with no head whatsoever. Aroma has sweet and earthy apple with a bit of leaf underlying. Flavor has sweet apple throughout with a growing earthiness and a slight oakiness underlying.

From barrel at the sidreria Beharri. San Sebastian. A clouded yellow straw coloured pour with a fading white froth. Aroma is sharp and tangy, lemon rind, earthy apple notes, woody tsnin, some floury apple notes,. Flavour is composed of sharp tangy apple, lemon rind, sharp alcohol notes,. Palate is tangy, pinch of acid, floury wheat. Mellow carbonation. Ok.

Bottle thanks to Janka. Feels authentic, even if slightly thin in terms of character. Tasty, slightly watery, but very easy drinking. Rather light sourness too. Good.

Pours unclear yellow. Smell is taft apples, rather dry' taste is bit tart , vinegar ,apples' not that great to me.

0,75l from bottle at a restaurant in Pamplona, shared with the gf. 6% ABV. Vintage 2016. BB 22.05.2018. dark yellow cloudy color. smells of green apples, bit musty, light wood. Full body, no carbonation. tastes of green apples, citric, light vinegar, bit musty. finishes very dry and medium sour with notes of grass, citrus and green apples. nice one overall, not very complex but very dry and thirst quenching. good one overall.
