Lambrusco is an Italian wine that is light bodied, sparkling, and full of juicy raspberry and cherry flavour. We brewed this hybrid ale with a light malt base to let the Lambrusco grapes shine through, providing a vibrant ruby tone for this delicious and fruit forward beer. Enjoy it chilled and amongst good company.

Some purpley colour from the grape skins. A simple hybrid, like taking a saison and pouring some wine into it. Ok, not sure what the point of that is.

Murky amber body and weird particulate foam. Lots of malt on the nose, rather flat, of no distinction. Taste is chewy caramel, some grape character, vague malt. Abv is well hidden but otherwise this is pretty derned boring.
