Minimal trübe goldgelbe Farbe; sahnig-feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase sahnig, getreidig-hellmalzig, blumiger Hopfen. Im Mund mit sehr wenig Kohlensäure, milde Hopfenbittere, helles Malz, etwas Honig, leicht würzig. Insgesamt auf der milden Seite, aber sehr stimmig.

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Clear yellow golden color, full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts., malt bitters, grainy, dusty grainy a bit, decently bitter. Decent body, fairly soft mouthfeel. Hmm okay, not great. Not nearly as crisp and clean as I had expected.

Tap at HopDog. Hazy orange with a thick head. Estery nose, orange, light apricot, malty, yeasty. Malty, medium sweet flavor, esters, light herbal hops. Full, silky body and a nice fruitiness.

On tap at HopDog. Lightly hazy amber, good head. Clean grain nose. Flavor is big grainy malt, lightly nutty, really excellent! I can imagine this is way better on tap here than anywhere else besides the brewery.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with quite some impurities and a lacing, white head. Faint floral nose. Medium body, some malt but also a decent bitterness. Like a hoppy Kellerbier. 170324

Tap at Hop Dog. Clear golden body, white head, thick. Honeyish-bready aroma, pleasant. Sweetish, lightly grainy, fairly clean taste, bready, not much hop presence, vaguely floral. Creamy, tasty, bit too grainy but noce!

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is decent sweetish grains, fruchtgummi. Taste is the same, sweet and juicy but not too much. Silky mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Decent!

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Sunday 21st May 2023 listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti. Honey Cured Ham Ribs are currently smoking in the KamadoJoe. Pours almost clear warm gold with a white head, but there is touch of a haze, much like the previous beer there is a little honey note on the nose interestingly this is very, very soft from a carbonation angle. Some sweetness but rapidly goes dry, hoppiness is a constant and the bitterness slightly outweighs the maltiness. It's a very good beer.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange with a fluffy head, Freshly mowed grass, grain, straw, fruity notes, zesty notes. Dry hoppy bitterness, fermented grass, wine grapes, grainy strawy sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry grassy grainy zesty bittersweet finish. Nice!
