Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Giallo paglierino, mediamente torbida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Naso rustico, pane, cereale, sentori erbacei e citrici. In bocca è rustica, bilanciata, con attacco maltato, cerealoso, e chiusura amara a bilanciare, senza eccessi. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Accademica.

Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Sunday 21st May 2023 listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti. Honey Cured Ham Ribs are currently smoking in the KamadoJoe. Pours almost clear warm gold with a white head, but there is touch of a haze, much like the previous beer there is a little honey note on the nose interestingly this is very, very soft from a carbonation angle. Some sweetness but rapidly goes dry, hoppiness is a constant and the bitterness slightly outweighs the maltiness. It's a very good beer.

Optisch trüb, stabiler Scgaum. Blumig in der Nase, ebenso im Trunk, Getreide, fruchtig, spritzig, würzig, da ist echt was los, sehr lecker.

Bottle, 4.9%. Chalky aroma. Clear golden colour. Good stable chalk white head. The flavour is malty and slightly papery. Faint floral aroma hop. Low bitterness. Might sound boring, but a well-made beer 636316

Slightly darker than golden with a bit of haziness. A quite big per style fluffy white head that shows good retention and nice lacing. Average intensity in the aroma: cereal/hay malts base, a citric hint, grassy and flowery hop notes. Simple and clean. Taste notes follow the aroma: an underlying cerealish, slightly crackery base, light citric hints, quite vivid grassy and flowery notes. Medium sweetness, medium bitterness; overall definitely on the bitter side for the style. Dry finish and aftertaste. As for the nose, simple and clean. Light to medium body, average or slightly above average carbonation. More carbonated than the style standard, and actually a bit too 'burpy'. A very clean, straightfroward kellerbier; so clean it feels like a helles.
