In July 2019 we released Leap, our gluten-free, lactose-free imperial sweet stout. Before packaging, we filled a Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel with this sweet delicious treat and left it to mature in our barrel store for 16 months. The result? A coeliac and vegan-friendly delight with notes of barrel char, custard, vanilla and oak, layered on lighter notes of chocolate, toffee and caramel.
