Slow gushing to a finally small if stable white head over hazy pienapplejuice-like beer. Sourish, wild yeasts, felt, Irish moss, pinebark, orangepeel. Sourish, blood oranges, orangepeel, green apples, again mossy, undergrowth and some other citrus. Acidburn and -thinning, still some slickness, lively carbonated. Quite surprising - the barrel aging is very discreet, yet it cannot be ignored that there is a subtle change in flavourprofile and extra complexity.

Hazy pale blond colour with lasting fluffy head. Complex aroma with touches of wood and vanilla. Initial grainy sweet note. Vinous and citric sharp taste .

1/V/22 - 75cl bottle @ In de Verzekering tegen de Grote Dorst, BB: n/a (2022-474) Thanks to the GBV crew for sharing the beer!
Pretty cloudy blond beer, small creamy irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: pretty dirty and weird, Maraschino cherries, pineapple, fruity, a bit weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, lots of acidity, lemony, pineapple, sourish, somewhat spicy, fruity. Aftertaste: pretty sour still, apple skin, dry, a little bitter, super acidic finish, wood notes, some tannins.
