Bottle at Hutt’n Nuremberg. Clear dark brown lasting cream colour head. probably the least interesting of the beers at Hutt’n so far. Clean dark malts but clearly from the bottle. Malty aroma and fine ifa little watery in the mouth. Some hop sting on the finish. Just a touch cold and boring.

Rating from 2010:

Bottle @ Chris’ house in Furth. Clear, dark orange appearance with a tan head. Nice, somewhat roasty, nutty malty, mild earthy, grassy aroma. A touch fruity, tasty caramel, toasty malty, light toffee, straw flavor.

50 cl bottle, BBE 06/2012. Poured dark amber with a thin head. Aroma has strong toffee notes, with some roastedness as well. Flavor similar, toffee, caramel mainly. Mild bitterness in an otherwise slightly caramel finish. Average dunkel.

Clear deep copper color, small off-white head. Diacetylic-toffeish aroma. Light bodied. Some diacetyl and toffee-caramel also in the flavor. Light hoppyness. A bit watery aftertaste. Unclean aroma but somewhat drinkable anyway.

Wenig herber Antrunk, minimal malzig, dazu wenig süß. 9/9/9/7/12/8
