Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is chocolate, roast, some alcohol, mild spices and some liquorice. Flavour is chocolate, some syrup, mild smoked wet wooden and roasted tones with some spices and a wee bit of alcohol sweetness. Thick and bold.

Pours black with a brown head that quickly recedes. Aroma's of chocolate cake, black treacle, red fruit, boozy. Retronasal it's quite boozy, sweet, brown sugar. Flavour is heavy sweet, light roasty. Alcohol is quite hot/sharp. Full bodied. Long finish, roasty, light bitter. Heftig, maar wel lekker.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black, no head. Aroma of caramel and vanilla. Very sweet with viscous, oily mouthfeel and massive body. Caramel and treacle dominates. Cakey and syrupy with some whisky. Boozy sticky finish. Unrefined and brutish.

ABV: 15.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, coffee, sweet malt, barrel, wood - smoke. Flavor is light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, coffee, bourbon, barrel, wood - smoke. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220528]

Can sourced from Kihoskh and drunk at home (20/05/2022) - black with tiny ringed tan head. Rich intense dark sweet and roasted malty, layered up with opulent chocolate, caramel, bourbon, vanilla and well judged spice, dried fruit shred, full bodied and oily mouthfeel, spiced sweet lingering malty finish. Love this barcode series. Beautiful.

Can at home. Probably not really a good idea at 1 am to open this 500cl can of 15% ABV but hey my life sucks anyway so why the hell not!? Opaque black color, virtually no head. Aroma is malts, dark malts and bourbon oh lovely bourbon. Flavor has it too. Malts, bourbon, dark malts, distant roast, light hint soft coffee and vanilla. Quite awesome. Too bad it's 15% I'll have to hope and pray ill make it to my bed but then again, who cares. This beer is great. At least of I die I've had a great beer to finish it off. Some good music, a nice cheese, and a lovely stout. When your life is failing you in general, this is a pretty good day, so I might as well enjoy it.
