High temperature during mashing and careful selection of ingredients ensures that this beer has a plenty of flavour, while low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink. Hops contribute to a fresh, citrusy and fruity aroma and a pleasantly hoppy aftertaste. Säuts is a great companion for a summer barbecue or sauna.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 068 - BB 09.04.29, at Baltic Hotel Promenaadi, Haapsalu, 20180708) The beer orange amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, herbalness and nectarines. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were herbalness, nectarines, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, sweet and bitter. A decent hoppy brew with low ABV.

Sampled @ Tilburg Bierfestival 2018. Hazy light orange color, average to medium sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, quite hoppy, floral a bit. Yeah nice. Taste malts, hops, floral hops, moderately bitter. Decent body and carbonation. Ok beer.

Bottle at Johnny Off L. in Rome. Dark Golden and almost clear pour, medium-low White foam with a long retention. Nose is a bit malty with tons of fruits and a citric note. Mouth is a bit phenolic, round for a session 3.5, refreshing, grapefruit. Ok.

Pours bit darker blonde. Small, creamy white head. Smell is somewhat caramelly, bit earhty, mild fruity hops. Taste is tad bitter, bit herbal hoppy, green, perfumy. Tad sweet, unfresh hoppyness. Not a fan.

Bottle @ Koht (thanks Juks). Pours nice simple cloudy orange, some white foam top. Aroma is striking me with floral and fruity characteristics, like smelling a fruit tree garden in full bloom. Taste that follows is clean, decent balanced bitterness but relatively simple and a tad watery. Wow, only 3,5% abv, for this low alcohol number, this beer has been put together really well. Refreshing gulper, perfect summer beer.

Bottle, batch 024, BB 01.04.18 (from UJH). Pours golden. Whiteish head stays for a moment. Aroma is nice hoppy, citrus, tropical fruits. Flavor is sweet and bitter, citrus, grapefruit, mango. Finish is dry and citric bitter. Body is watery. Overall: easy drinker, would be very nice after sauna.
