Nümf is a slightly sour and very refreshing Belgian witbier brewed with natural strawberry & lime puree.
Strawberry and lime purees provide a refreshingly sour taste to an already exceptional witbier. Freshly ground coriander seeds and bitter orange peels lend to a fruity and citrusy aroma. Light and easily to drink, perfect thirst quencher.

33cl bottle from Sip, Tallinn. Pours hazy golden to orange with modest, but lasting, white head. Fruity and wheaty aroma with notes of spices, orverripe strawberries and citrus. Feels fairly messy, but the flavour intensity is fairly low so it's still drinkable. Possibly a fun idea, but this doesn't work for me at least. Nice acidity, but otherwise to messy.

Bottle (thanks marduk). Streettick. Aroma is fruity, citrus, lime, some strawberry, somewhat dirty, some wheat. Flavor follows the nose. Overall: drinkable, more fruit beer than wit tho.
