Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, blue session. Pours murky mahagony. Tons of blackberries and dark cherries, honey on the nose. Flavour has tons of dark berries, sweet grainy honey. Mouthfeel is a bit gritty. Still very good.

Appearance: Dark brown colour with a minimal head.
Aroma: Honey, vanilla, black currants, fruit, alcohol.

Tap @MBCC 2022, Green Session. Clear dark red brown, no head. Honey, berry, vanilla aroma. Sweet flavour, sweet berries, something like sourish cherries or vanilla. Perfumy honey in the finish. Very nice.

MBCC. Clear brown without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, perfume, caramel and vanilla. Flavor is very sweet. Sweet finish with lots of warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 140522

Bottle. Dark ruby color with no head. Aroma is blackcurrants, vanilla, good honey, rich and with a slight madeirization. Taste is blackcurrant goodness, good tannins, tartness too, ridiculously drinkable for the richness. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Incredible stuff!
