33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of typical belgian yeast, pale malt, yellow fruits and straw. Taste of moderate sweet yellow fruits, yeast, straw, hints of spices, medium carbonation. Okay!

Pours clear blonde. Medium-small to medium white head. Average stability, creamy in texture. Smell is bit sweet (esthery fruityness ) mild malty undertone (bready, doughy ). Taste is medium full , some maltyness (white bread) . mild rough edge, almost metallic. bit overripe apples, bit doughy( by the malts ). Bit yeasty. Ends rather bombastic ( heavy malty + esthers ) . medium low bitterness. Decent, not great. mild DMS backnote
