A bretted pilsner, barrel aged in French Sauvignon blanc oak barrels for 8 months. This gives it the sweetness of passionfruit with a hint of elderflower and dried lemons with a nicely crisp finish. Of course we have had to add an alpha delta twist with 2 blends of Brettanomyces which has slapped some funk into the mix! Once you have this, you'll never be able to drink a normal pilsner again! Sorry not sorry….
