Can from Beers of Europe, online. Pours a pale clear gold, small white head, minimal retention Aroma of basic malts, tangy Seville orange, some grass. Taste is a pretty basic pilsner malt but there are decent grassy hops giving a good level of bitterness. The orange elevates the beer as its not overdone and gives it a nice zestiness. Light bodied with an adjunct smoothness but not unpleasant. Decent take on a pilsener.

440ml can bought from as part of a delivery from the brewery and drunk at home. Clear light yellow, maybe a shade darker than your classic normal lager. A small uneven white film of head on top. Big grain aroma, papery notes, some lemon. I'm struggling to find this supposed zesty orange as it just smells like a basic pils. Sweet taste, not a whole lot there, and no balance to the finish, just slightly malty and a bit saccharin all the way down. Maybe a trace of orange peel midway through. Nice carbonation on the body. Passable.
Gutes Pils
