aroma of Belgian wild ale with some fruity esters going on, very nice, well mellow and blended, still yeasty notes and some funk. Flavor is very peppery, belgian style sour ale, with some of the more bacterial kind of citrussy sourness you'd find in US wild ales, also a lot of bitter grapefruit fruit peel going on. Overall the flavor is decent enough, not so sour as to scare anyone off, but also quite messy and not really refined enough to make me look forward to the rest of the 75cl bottle I just opened.

Light, surprising. Lots of Flanders-y notes. Enjoying the lack of hops. Very cocktailish, but definitely more gruit

Little cloudy orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: herbal, floral, a bit weird, spicy, some thyme? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sour start, clean acidity, fruity, oranges, orange peel, a little bitter. Aftertaste: spicy, sourish, herbal, more thyme, orange peel, bitter finish, some almonds, little oxidized.

Couleur lgère orange - ambre, col fin blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet funk, léger niveau barrique, effluves herbacées entre médicinal et cocktail - le tout est frais et intriguant.
Palais est finement aigre, funk, pas mal herbacé sur cette approche un peu gin tonic avec une petite touche rappelant le genièvre, effervescence marquée et une acidité de fin de bouche plaisante sans être surfaite.

Great! Fruity and bitter in the aftertaste with hints of wood.
