Licht geel helder bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is licht zurig en fruitig met iets van bessen, appel en citroen. Niet onaardig.

Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il frumento. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo paglierin. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, arancia e spezie.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 19 Oct 2024) Pale yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, white bread, dough and lemon. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lemon, citrus peel, white bread and elderflower. No bitterness. Light body, dry. Refreshing and well made Berliner weisse. Nice one.

Burk från Etre Gourmet. Disig ljusgul vätska med högt skum. Gandkacsnällvsyra men klockren stiltypisk berliner weiss. Vete, mjölksyra, citrus och mineraler. Så gott i sommarvärmen

Brassigaume 2023. Hazy pale yellow beer with a big white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, citrus, zest. Taste of sour white grapes, zest, grapefruit, herbs.

A: hazy pale yellow, small, white head.
A: lime, sour cream, guava, sourdough.
T: sour green apple, lime, wheat, sour cream.
F: tart lime, lactic acid.
P: medium body, slick-watery texture, soft carbonation.
Classic BW almost, nice to have a non-fruited example too.
