Draft at Brewdog Gothenburg. Clouded orange amber coloured pour a thin off white head. Aroma is sweet toffee, caramel, orange rind. Not much darkness. Flavour is composed of sweet toffee, little diacetyl, pine, onion, bit sweet. Palate is sweet, moderate carbonation, frothy. Decent, not dank. Sticky resin on the tongue.

Bottle, 9.5%. Unclear dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, hop and citrus. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, grapefruit, pine, hops, medium sweet, notes of alcohol, little harsh, orange peel, warming and medium bitter.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy amber with an offwhite head, lacings. Aroma of malt, caramel, fruity hops. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, caramel, fruit, sweet citrus, orangepeel, little alcohol. Medium body, average carboantion, light bitter finish. 100116

(330 ml bottle shared @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Dec 11 2015) Pours lightly hazed medium orange with an average white head and spotty lace. Nose has dank wet forest and weed (Simcoe type hops?), mixed citrus zest, a bit of papaya, floral notes, caramel sweetness, a bit of grainy bread. Taste pretty closely follows the nose, Palate is mid-sweet thanks to the hefty caramel core, and medium bitter on the finish with pine resin, leafy hops, a bit of citrus and a touch of alcohol. Fairly full-bodied with average carbonation. Not a bad DIPA but a little bit sweet and not as bright and fruity as I usually like.
