Bottle 750ml @ bergstaden Courtesey of bergstaden Pours hazy pinkish with a small pink head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, green grapes, white wine and funk. Taste is light sweet and medium to heavy sour with a long dry, tart, white wine, grapes and funky finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle split at the Level 6 Xmas Bash, can't recall where I picked this up, 15/12/22. Rhubarb red to pink with a light crimson cap. Nose is pink berry sherbets, damp wood, funk, berry pips, grape must. Taste comprises grape skins, sour tropical notes, wine nip, oak, balsa wood, hedgerow, herb. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced acidic rise. Tidy well nuanced sour.

Bottle, 75cl. A minimalistic white head sits on top of an unclear reddish-golden body. Fruity, berryish aroma with a light doughy maltyness, some funk and grapes too. It’s full-bodied, tart, dry and nicely carbonated. Fruity, berryish flavor with with grapes, vinegar notes and hints of cucumber. Lasting finish with funk, berries and some grapes. Not super-complex this one, but sure delicious. 231125

3/2/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear golden copper with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is woody, funky, straw, grape, citrus. Moderate sweetness and sourness. Medium body, oily sticky mouthfeel, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloin. Pours unclear muted red with a creamy, white-pink head. Light sweet flavour with strong tartness, lemon, dried berries, slight liberality. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and sharp finish, more lemony bite, soft funk, tangy berries. Nice one.
