Bottle at the Columbus Christmas Tasting. 15/12/2022. Thanks to Cloin. . A hazed reddish amber coloured pour with a halo white head. Aroma is tangy red berries, salty, sicky, bile. Flavour is composed of semi sweet red curranty,sour, vanilla, vanilla, tangy red currants. Sick. Palate si sour, salty, highish prickly sour, difficukt.

Xmas Boozy Bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin. Hazy peach red beer, small pale apricot colour head. Pretty dry palate, slightly thin, decent fine carbonation. Mildly tart but rich ripe grapey fruits. White, rose and red wine notes. A mild tartness before the dry finish. This is a grape ale all day long. Too dry but very tasty.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Grape must, light bugs, fairly dry, pretty mild acidity, tannins, touch of pepper. Decent stuff.

Deep copper with a rich white head. Petroleum lambic like notes and peppery notes with some grape skin. Soured red fruit, black pepper and a clean finish. Touch of tannins and acidity.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy rusted red with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of musty grape skins, lots of funk, rustic notes, and oak. Flavour is vinous, buggy and wild, with lots of wild yeast, musty grape skins, light tannins, and dry oakiness. Buggy, vinous and bone dry, with a sort of black peppery character. Very nice blend of grapes and bugs. Not the most complex or elegant grape wild ale, but it's nicely done.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Lior's place. Clear orange. Funky barnyard, lots of oak, grapes, vinous, sour, juicy, some vinegar, a bit acidic in the throat. Great stuff.

Bottle, courtesy of Brugmansia and fonefan. Thank you! Cloudy peachy red, small white head. Vinous aroma, barn, red grapes, wood. Sour flavour, tart berries, brett?, barn, light acetone and bitter grape skin. Slightly rough finish. Nice.
