Nothing screams birds of prey safari quite like a Bird of Prey IPA. Our superhero IPA might not sharpen your survival techniques, but it’ll definitely relax your nerves when standing eye-to-eye with a griffon vulture. A Big 4 (hops, that is) IPA brewed exclusively for sultry summer nights at Beekse Bergen Safaripark. Drink it like a wildebeest but keep your eye on that red panda, you hear? He’s a sneaky lil’ bugger.

Clear orange beer, big creamy bit irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, pretty fruity, citrus notes, bit grassy, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice bitterness, lots of citrus, fruity, grapefruit, juicy, grassy, bit resinous, a little malty. Aftertaste: juicy, citrus, oranges, nice bitterness, slightly sourish, bit of a hop burn. Very nice, even 2.5 months after canning!
