Can @Ulfborg. Hazy yellow, airy white head. Quite wild yeasty, almost like mustard?! Sourish flavour, oranges, coriander and again something like mustard grain. Not uninteresting.

Pale and only the slightest haze. Bright, fresh brett character, with some roble influence in there. On the palate, this is tart, bretty, woody, and with a clean pale malt base. Not much witbier character when it's all said and done. Now, it's a very tasty beer but my baseline for a buggy witbier is still Salamandre ansd that has witbier character whereas this one really doesn't.

355mL can, pours a hazy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out spicy coriander, a touch of orange zest, and a touch of funk. Flavour is somewhat tart, with plenty of oak, coriander, a touch of citrus zest, and a touch of funk. Not the most complex beer, but the wild yeast adds a nice touch. Good stuff.
