Tap at yard house prior to sox game think I had 3 of these. Hazy orange gold with big puffy head. Nose is sweet florals and tropical fruits. Tastes of mango, oranges, candy, fresh cut grass, and florals. Fine semi sweet finish. Tasty

Thanks to jlindros. Beautiful head on this beer. It’s a solid mass of white foam that sticks around for a long time and leaves solid rings marking each sip. The liquid is a cloudy golden mass of color. I don’t put a lot of stock in appearance, but this is an attractive IPA. Aroma has a nice dose of hops backed with light malt and some good mineral character. The hops are sweet and pack a lot of citrus. Tangerine, grass, pine, grapefruit, mint, pear, green grape. It’s a bit restrained and doesn’t have the huge juiciness of some new IPAs, but what’s there is quite nice and it’s all sweet and rather mouthwatering. Moderate bitterness. Quite dry. More mineral flavor. Some light, doughy malt. Good flavor from the hops. It never gets blandly bitter, which is more and more becoming a bright line test of hoppy beer quality for me. Tangerine, pine, grass, pepper. Some herbal and spicy hop notes. Light on the palate. Very easy to drink. Normal carbonation. Some hop oiliness. This is an excellent IPA. I think it would be even juicier fresh, and if not, they could use the same basic formula to pump that up. This is right in the same space as the new wave of top hoppy beers.

Can with thanks to Reynolds314! Pours hazy/cloudy orange with a large puffy off-white head that dissipates in time leaving clumpy lacing on the glass. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, tropical notes, touch of cat piss. Flavor follows, lightly sweet initially, drying out with tropical citrus grapefruit passionfruit flavors on the tongue. Light bitterness throughout, lingering to the finish. Medium body, oily mouthfeel. Damn fine IPA.

22 oz. Bottle thanks to Rob B. Fresh bottle date of Feb 2014, tits!! Color is mostly clear gold with soapy head in the snifter. Nose is big juicy hops. Grapefruit, tangerine and nice floral influence. Flavor is dirty. The bitterness lingers for a nice, long while. Grapefruit and pithy resin. Light notes of onion and scallions. Lightly dank. Really damn nice. Bitterness lingers. Hop heads be pleased!

22oz bottle pours a clear straw gold with some creamy, white head. Nose is mild, but inviting, tropical fruit, start fruit, a little lime, some mango. Flavor is a little weaker, malt, honey, lime, star fruit, pineapple, grapefruit. Medium bodied, dry finish.

bottle from Table and Vine in Springfield MA, bottle says the beer was bottled in Apr of 2013 and it’s Apr 9th so a very fresh bottle. Pours deep orange with a rocky off white head that lasts all the way to the bottom. Lovely looking stuff. Aroma is all big juicy fresh hop cones. More pine and skunk than anything, but very bright and wonderful nose. Flavor is a tad disappointing but still a solid IPA non-the-less. Big toast and pale grains strangled by bitter, bitter, bitter hops. A little too heavy handed hops for me, but I still killed the bomber fairly easily and would definitely like to drink this again.

Thanks to Ernesto987 who sent this for SS. Pours a medium yellow with a tall, long lasting sticky head. Citrus/pine hop aroma. The flavor is much like the aroma. Bitter overall, pineapple and juicy malt underneath. For hop heads only.
