Bottle from Haussmann Getränke. Hazy gold, moderate head. Perfumed spice nose, flavor is a honey flowered affair with a bit of spiciness on a relatively dry base. I wouldn't have guessed pepper and elderflower honestly had it not been on the ingredients. Interesting, but a bit strange indeed. Pretty high carb. Alright.

Very rounded beer, similar to a Brut Bier - strong Belgian ale kinda deal. Again, I did not get much pepper - perhaps my taste buds are still recovering from ultra -spicy ramen the night before. I get a lot of Holunderblute though. Sweet, floral.

0.33 l bottle at Ambasada. Zagreb. Unclear golden, minimal head. Citrusy, yeasty, phenolic, spices, slightly sharp. Ripe fruit, apple, spice, dried fruit flavour. Light to medium body, alcohol hidden, dry finish.

So my 4000th rating... Didn't find anything more special (that I'm not saving or that has too much abv for my tired self). So why not a MBM? (which I increasingly liked over the past few months). Hazy golden. Aroma is yeasty spices pepper coriander and a few malty base notes such as toast and maybe honey. Taste is quite boozy with sweet honey and straw malt and bitter yeasty spices later. Very much on the boozy sweet side.

Bottle. Cloudy deep golde, fine carbonation and foam. Citric, flowery and spicy aroma, peppers and elderflowers are evident. Medium to full body, chewy sweet, mellow sparkly. Light funky yeast notes, orangepeel, citrus and spice, basil/herbal bitter finish. Strength is evident but the balance of flavoers is very nice - good sipping beer.

Süßlich hefiger Beginn mit pfeffrigen Noten im Hintergrund. Die Süße steigt an und ist in Verbindung mit dem hellen Malzaroma unangenehm, mild würzig, alkoholische Tendenzen sind erkennbar. Okay. 9/6/7/7/10/7
