BOTTLE 33CL from ivodoni1. Thanks, Ivo! Na zdrave!
Look: cloudy amber, off-white frothy to creamy head.
Aroma: spicy, bready and biscuity, with tart dried fruit accents (cranberries?).
Taste: sharp co2 bite (despite the humble head), dry and drinkable, a bit thin in the middle, toast, some rye-like spice with light fruity notes. Very light bitter spicy and fruity finish. Quite well integrated and authentic brew.

Bottle shared at home in London - picked up at Kanaal in Sofia. Pours hazy amber-gold, lightly effervescent, with some floaties and a creamy white head. Lots of bread in the nose, some ripe fruits, orange, some yeast. Medium sweet flavor, plenty of bread, some dough, Belgian yeast. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Fairly sweet to finish, some dry bread, more yeast, hints of well ripened fruits. Tasty and nicely balanced.
