A: lemon juice, blackberry coulis, Napoléon candy, lime.
T: sour lemon, blackberry, lemon candy.
F: tart lemon peel, lime, bit bitter berry skin.
P: medium body, watery texture, average carbonation.
Quite light but decent for what it brings.

Beer Republic Christmas Calendar 2025, Red Edition. Door 3. A dark pink colour, a head is small and pink. Aroma hs berries, sourness, light lemon. Taste has sweet berries and lemon. Medium bodied. I'm not excited about this.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: blackberries, lemon / 28D) Can 34 cl - Batch 2927 (BB: 05/01/2026) AROMA: medium sourness with slight wild fermentation notes and lemon. medium-low blackberries. APPEARANCE: dark red body and hazy. medium-low light pink head with medium-low retention. TASTE: very low blackberry flavor with hints of lemon. odd slight woodiness. medium-low sourness but clean. finishes dry. MOUTHFEEL: low body with medium-low carbonation. astringency present. OVERALL: a fruited sour ale with very bland flavor and some wild fermentation notes.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale amber, small head, Woody tart blackberry aroma. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Woody with both lemon and blackberries, Mild woody bitterness.

Ambery golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some dill, lemon and mild blackberries. Flavour is dill, berries and some citrus with mild tartness to it. A wee bit acidic.
