Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear, deep golden with a creamy and lacing, off-white head. Yeasty, spicy aroma. Medium body, sweet maltiness, fruity, spicy although I cannot quite tell if it's just the yeast doing wonders. Quite a solid and balancing bitter finish. 060823

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 6 Sep 2024) Golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with peaches, bread and herbs. Malty, fruity taste with notes of bread, peaches, mixed fruit, coriander and a gentle herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

Many thanks for this kloster beer from Sweden to mr Marek. No to mamy Szwedzi i klasztor katolicki, cos tu nie pasuje, tym bardziej zabawne i cieszy etykieta z zakonnicami. Piwo smaczne typowo klasztorne, belgijski styl doskonale odtworzony, piana spora i trwala, zlociste ze spora metnoscia i slodowoscia jak i rowniez z subtelnym nachmieleniem

Nice tasty beer. Hazed golden in the glass and a fine head Fine intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and a fine carbonation level. Easy to drink. Wheat, fruity, banana and some spices in the flavor [Bottle from Ölstudion Nordstan in Göteborg, Sweden]

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some slight herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some mild earthy and grainy notes with some herbs. Rather mouthdrying. Not that nice, but has some of the right elements. Probably fermented a bit too dry.

Keg @ De Klomp, Linköping. Poured dark golden in color. Esters, Belgian yeast, sweet fruits, some marzipan. Easy, but balanced and well made.
