Mr. Pizza draught, 3/2/24. Lightly hazy, light bronze-golden. Thin, white head. Some citrus, pine, mango, fairly sweet malt. Clean. Maybe a bit on the estery and malty side. Same in the flavor. Malty, very low bitterness. Clean, citrusy, hints of pine. Estery. Could be more dry/bitter. Hops are a bit vague too.

Bottle pour into shaker pint glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is hazy (almost pulpy), orange-brown with greenish tinge at the edges, with decent sparkle, 3+-finger width explosive foamy beige head (overflowed the glass!) with decent retention and soapy lacing. Aroma is moderate lemony citrus over solid bready malt backbone and late resin. Taste is as aroma without the resiny bitter end. Palate is light-to-medium body with smooth, thick texture, average-to-lively carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, aroma and flavor are not complex--decent enough citrus and malt but neither a west coast nor a NE IPA. Sort of a background, in the middle kind of offering. Nothing offensive but nothing to seek out.

Tap at the brewery. Pours unclear blonde, no real head. Smell is bit crisp, mild grassy. Taste is sharp, bit bitter, mild citric, medium intensity. Average IPA, which is nothing bad, obviously.

Tap at Whole Foods Bedford Hazy golden color with a decent but quickly dissipating white head. Aromas of earth and pine with a fair amount of bready caramel malt to back it up. Flavor follows the aroma comes off a bit harsh with the bitterness. Not too shabby.

Pours hazy honey into a shaker. Bright white head recedes to nothing. Grapefruit aromas. Soft with dark caramel and we hops turning sharp in the lasting earth finish.

Draft at Holy Grail, Epping, NH. Unfiltered golden in color with lasting fluffy white head. Aroma is light pale grain, straw and mild herbal hops.

Flavor is has plenty of sweet grain thought the center with floral and herbal hops in the finish. Bitterness is low with the malt almost canceling out the hops. Pretty balanced. A very classic rendition of an IPA. Simple and straight forward.
