Made in collaboration with our friends over at Bottle Logic. We took Belgian Dark Candy Sugar, toasted hazelnuts, and Cacao Nibs. Then barrel aged in New American Oak for 4 months and then Bourbon barrels for another 4

Tobacco, fig, dark honey, walnut nose. Cloudy mahogany. Sweet fig and honey. Medium body, pretty hot. Probably a bit too sweet and boozy, but I liked this a lot.

Sampled at Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017 - day 1. Dark ruby pour, completely still, no head. Notes of peanut butter, honey, dried fruit, sweet stuff.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2017. A very dark brown reddish colour. Aroma of intense dark riped fruits, sweet grapes, red fruits. Taste of sweet honey, red fruits, berries, sugar, wax, fantastic.

Sampled at Billies Craftbeerfest 2017. Thnx for sharing, everyone ! Don't mind the visual info to much, as lighting was really bad. Pours darj, copper brown. No head, of course. Smell is sweet, sweaty. Taste is full, sweet, sticky, aromatic dark aspects from the chocolate and hazelnut. Salty, almost. OK, but not as good as I had expected.
Rerate 2021. A much more complex experience. hazelnut are relatively mild. The dark sugar + chocolate + bourbon barrels really work. Especially the aftertaste quickly turns amazing, and the longer it lasts (quite long! ) it turns even better. Rated a 7 originally ( on a beerfest, so give me some slack there). Rerating a lot higher, even if only for the aftertaste. The start is still decent, but not great.

Clear dark brown mead, no head. Aroma: very funky, dirty, reminds me of urinals, bah. MF: soft to no carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, dried fruits, very very oxidized. Aftertaste: same with some orange peel, mainly oxidation. Wow, however good those other meads were, this one is awful...

On tap at Berry White day pours out brown color. Nose is hazelnut chocolate honey sweetness. Taste is more of the nice hazelnuts chocolate honey for all notes. Very nice
