Keg at the brewery tap. Pours clear gold with a small, creamy head. The nose holds very little, just some mellow pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with notes of doughy white bread, meringue, low bitterness. Light bodiednwith average carbonation. Sugary finish, with more white bread, Angel good cake and meringue, biscuits, hay. Pretty simple stuff, but not bad.

Draft at Ratio Beerworks. Poured a yellow color with a small white head. Light sweet malt notes, some sweetness with a little balanced bitterness. Decent first beer from them.

At the brewery during GABF week, 2015. yellow color. Simple flavor and aroma. Hops are light but there for some bitterness. One dimensional malt flavor that works well enough, dry finish. Very sessionable and easy to drink. I found it to be like a Kolsch.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat and bready malt. Medium mouth, wet biscuit, light dryness, very good.

On tap @ the brewery. Clear golden appearance with a white head. The aroma has some candy, tropical fruits, lime, and something else I can’t quite place. Thin body. Dull carbonation. Kind of bland and corny with a little apple and a lot of grass. A bit sweet. Unique but I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. I’m leaving towards saying this is not bad and eminently chuggable.

Tap at the brewery - more along the lines of a cream ale - seems.designed as a gateway for the hipster pabst drinking crowd - soft texture - simple, kind of sourish malt character - lightly floral hops - light breadiness - light corn/dms on the tail end - put it in aluminum tall boys, man.
