Clear golden pour with a nice, frothy white head. Aroma is mainly malt/grain and lemon/citrus. Taste is malt/grain, herbs, citrus and a hint of pepper in the finish. Very nice, given the low ABV.

Pours clear blonde, small white head, good stability. Smell is medium-low intensity, pilsner malts. Taste is sharp, pilsner malts, quite some bitterness. Minor metallic notes, but they dont bother, really. Sharp carbonation that is rather high' thin body. Quite well tasting.typical german lager, but very good quality, and of course more thin and less intense. Still pretty enjoyable though and a certainly nice replacement for an everyday lager.

Bottle shared at the brewery during day 2 of the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours clear yellow with a big, white froth head. Light, but good. Has some dry and crispy cereal character, faint bitter straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish, with moderate cereal notes, light hay, toasty dry dough. Not bad for a low alcohol offering.

Bottle bought at Landbierparadies Nuremberg. Looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, light spicy, mild hoppy background. Finish still fine malty-spicy. More intense than exspected. Nice!

Bamberg Jolly Day 2 25/01/2014. Bottle shared at the brewery. Crystal clear yellow straw coloured pour, with a big frothy white head. Aroma is floral hop with light citrus zing, and some salty minral. Flavour is clean and crisp, and some nobel hop. Watery thin palate is a bit insipid. Fiish is crisp with a touch of carbonic acid. REfreshing good low alcohol beer.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, bottle shared at the brewery tap - Forchheim, 25/01/14. Clear golden orange with a big ole semi off white head. Nose is woody, straw, faint citrics, candle wax, musty. Taste comprises grass, lemon rind, soft bread dough. Light bodiment, fine carbonation, crisp closure. So so overall but not too bad for the style.
