In this special DIPA we’ve used Neomexicanus hops Sabro and Talus which are bred from New Mexican wild hops. These distinctive hops impart creamy coconut and citrus rind flavours along with stone fruit from the addition of mosaic incognito and cryo.

Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. The hop trio of Sabro, Talus and Mosaic bring smooth soft pine, decent citrus, also soft and smooth. Mosaic brings a candy blueberry and the fact that it stands out at all after so many years of being anonymous is a delight. Sabro ripe pineapple underneath, whisper of coconut if you are looking for it. Some mildly nibbly hop spice towards the softish finish that also finally brings some HBC690 goodness, aka Talus. Juicy citrus with a nice peachy twist. A little hop spice lingers on as does the blueberry candy vibe. Not a huge amount of hop brightness here but this clever dipa still delivers abundant hop character from the 3 hops and blends them together in to a layered and very quaffable brew.

440ml can. Murky golden orange, white head. Aroma of coconut, pineapple, ripe tropical fruits. Taste is slightly sweet, coconutty, pineapple, mango, peach, berry fruits, dank finish with some pithy citrus, a touch of alcohol. Full bodied, thick, smooth.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Murky golden body with a white head. Low carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of orange pith, pine and pineapple. Flavour of white candy sticks and melon. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A solid IPA that has a pithy quality to it.

Can thanks to Tam. Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange. Off-white head. Nose - orange, edge of pineapple. Zest and light resin. Taste - again light resin but not too intrusive. Orange zest primarily, then mango skin and melon. Palate - medium bodied, dry zesty finish. Overall - good.
