Half pint draft at Hogshead in Denver, Colorado. The pour is mostly clear orange golden, with a smallish white head. The aroma is baking caramel maltiness, apple fruit notes, and a dry floral herbal. The taste is the caramel lightly sweet malt, balanced with the fresh floral herbal hops, which shows as a bit earthy in the taste. The palate is medium bodied, soft natural carbonation, and lingering chewy maltiness in the finish. Solid beer, nice integration of the malt and hop characters.

Cask @ Hogshead. Dry hopped with Fuggles and Williamette. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a foamy, cream colored head. Light butter, chewy ale, lightly earthy, a bit fruity aroma. Chewy, bready yeasty, light butterscotch, a bit citrusy flavor. Not my favorite here but still a good session.

A crazy dry and crisp bitter, with crackery malts, a strong mineral bite and a fruity, earthy hop tone - super sessionable and wonderfully bright - that’s all I have to say.
